Shipment Processing Time
Please allow 3 days for processing orders. You can expect to receive your order anywhere from 4-7 business days. A tracking number will be sent the same day your order has shipped off to the email address that you have provided upon checkout.Delivery delays can occasionally occur.Please note that sometimes there are weather conditions that are beyond our control with USPS. This is the only time your order will be delayed.
Damages
Shei Natural Hair Bar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Refunds can only be issued if your purchase is returned in its ORIGINAL packaging within 24 hours after purchasing.
Packaging can not appear to have been tampered with in order to receive a refund.

You may exchange your purchase within 24 hours in its ORIGINAL packaging.
