How long does shipping take?

Please allow 3 days for processing orders. You can expect to receive your order anywhere from 4-7 Business days. A tracking number will be sent the same day your order has shipped to the email address that you have provided upon checkout. Please proof read your shipping information to make sure that it is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect information.

How many bundles do I need for a sew-in?

Typically with 12-14 inches you will need 3 bundles. 16-24 inches you will need 3 bundles, & 26-30 inches you will need 4-5 bundles depending on the desired look and fullness you would like. (Check with your stylist before placing your order).

Can I AM SHEI Luxury extensions be colored?

Yes, our hair is 100% Virgin Brazilian Hair and can be colored. We do recommend that you use a professional stylist to color your bundles. Over processing color on your extensions can cause harm to your extensions and will result in dry, brittle and damaged hair.

How do I maintain my extensions? What products do I use?

You should treat your extensions as if it is your natural hair. Co wash your extensions once a week. Always use sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. Be sure to air dry your extensions.
